This is the one toy that we do not like. First I'll talk about the good features. It is machine washable and it does not take costly batteries. It is supposed to be for energetic babies.

The bad - both my kids were energetic babies and they both hated this toy. Every time I put them in it, they would cry. I even tried showing them how to bounce it, they cried even more.

Keep in mind that in order to use this, your doorway must be framed with molding, otherwise you have no where to hang it. Also, make sure you have extra paint on hand. It will scratch your paint up over your doorway, where it is hanging. I guess if it wasn't a safe toy, they wouldn't have kept this on the market so long, but it still made me a little nervous hanging it over the door.

My baby brother had one many years ago and he loved it. The whole family would sit and watch him fly in that thing. It's one of my best memories of him as a little boy. I'm sorry yours didn't have fun with it.
