Evenflo's Johnny Jump Up helps babies strengthen their leg muscles so they can pratice standing on their own. My daughter was scared of this toy at first. She use to cry until I took her out. It took a long time for her to get use to it. It hangs from a doorway. She loves it now. Whenever I get it out she is excited to see it. It helped her to be able to walk and it will help her sister when she gets big enough to use it. It is easy to hang from the doorway. I would not recommend leaving any child alone in the toy. It can easily be used as a swing also. My daughter use to swing in it. She never got hurt in the toy but that is possible if they swing themselves from side to side and hit the door way. It can be adjusted to whatever height the parent wants.
