EverQuest 2: Rise of Kunark

Simply put, the best expansion for the Everquest 2 series yet. The fourth expansion to date, Rise of Kunark simply blows away all of the others with its content, artwork, and lush music.
From my own experience with this, I have to say I am extremely pleased with the changes made. Of course, the level cap increase to 80 made for some more stuff to do...but the simply massive amounts of quests added is astounding. Previously, most questing requiredyou to join up with a group...sometimes even with FOUR groups. Thankfully, most of RoK's quests and content are able to be completed by yourself.
For the more hardcore players, the raid content is maddeningly difficult. Players will have their skills and wits stretched to the limits to defeat the new zones.
Zones...did I mention zones....they are HUGE. You can run for an hour and you still won't be close to the next area. Each zone has tiered areas....so instead of constantly changing areas...simply use your new sokokar mount and fly to the next town!
All in all, if you're a fan of the EQ2 series and haven't picked this up yet...BUY IT NOW. You will not regret it. As a bonus, if you're brand new to the world of Everquest 2, retail copies of Rise of Kunark sell for the low price of $39.99. They also include the base game and every expansion released so far.
