Everyday with Rachael Ray !

I remember the first time I saw Rachael Ray on Oprah, she was showing a quick recipe for fudge called 5 Minute Fudge. It was so easy to make and it turned out great, in fact I make it for every holidayor get together and let me tell you I can burn water! :I My husband and kids can vouch for that, but when I made this it turned out great! Rachael kept talking about 30 minute meals that were easy and delicious so I was interested.

To my surprise and pleasure I received her magazine awhile later as a gift.

Each magazine I have received has had literally hundreds of great recipes! It has ideas and tips on everything from grocery shopping, presentation, make ahead meals you can freeze and more, this is my kind of gal!

The magazine itself is a bit bigger than your normal magazines but not so big that it is awkward.

She has made sure that her magazine is well rounded, it is full of beautifully illustrated pictures that will make your mouth water. There is so much valuable information in this book that it will always be in my home, this is great for those who love to cook..or those who do not..like me. ;)
