It was time for new glassware. There's so much out there to choose from. You can get all kinds of bizarre shapes and a huge variety of colors. You can get it frosted or clear or with little designs cut into it. You can even get it monogramed!

I was looking for something simple and pretty. I wanted to be able to use it with any of my tableware and for any occasion.

This is a 16 piece set, and it works for everything. It's very simple and pretty. It includes highball glasses and old-fashioned glasses. In my house these are known as tea glasses and juice glasses. Either way, you want those standard sizes.

This set can be used with your everyday dishes or with china for special occasions. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out in one piece, so that's a plus. It doesn't seem to get a lot of spots either, which I like. They have a nice weight, especially at the bottom, which makes them sturdy when accidentally bumped. They aren't too heavy, though. Ever picked up a glass and felt like it was made of lead? These are comfortable.

This is a good choice for every day, not too expensive glasses.
