This stuff is awesome. Great for any type or severity headache. If you've ever had a migraine and taken dozens of tylenol to no effect, your prayers have been answered. In excedrin, there's the same amount of pain relief in tylenol as well as the addition of aspirin and caffeine. I know what you are thinking, caffeine shouldn't be in there. However, caffeine is one of those things that helps since it sends more blood to the brain. So if I ever have a horrible headache that I can't just get rid of, i'll pop in 2 of these with a coke and it's as good as gone. For more mild headaches i'll just take one with a glass of water so i'm not overdosing myself when I don't need to. If you're under a lot of stress I definitely recommend this.
