My migraines began later than many people's and the first time one hit, I was blindsided. It was on a Friday night, when the chances of reaching my doctor were slim. Excedrin Migraine saved the weekend. It's marketed as an effective pain reliever for mild to moderate migraines. Nothing about my migraines feels mild, but Excedrin Migraine does relieve the pain. Within 30 minutes, the pain is significantly reduced and the pain is usually gone within an hour. At less than $3.00 for 24 caplets, it is definitely worth the money. The only way that this product could be inproved would be if it were available as a gelcp. Excedrin Migraine is the exact same combination of aceteminophen, aspirin and caffiene as Maximum Strength Excedrin, but there are mingraine sprecific warnings and directions included.
