Excedrin Tension Headache

Excedrin Tension Headache is aspirin free. It contains acetaminophen and caffeine. About 8 months ago I developed some tension headaches during a particularily stressful period in my life. The muscles in the back of my neck tightened up like a vice grip. The pharmacist at CVS suggest that I give Excedrin Tension a try. I was hesitant to take anything at prescription strength and wanted something over the counter. These really ended up helping me quite a bit. Two of these tablets give me about 3-4 hours of relief. I still get these headaches occassionally - just had one the other day - and this is the medicine I turned to. It fixed me up quickly - in about 15 to 20 minutes. I have been pleased with this product. It helped me when traditional pain relievers like tylenol and aspirin didn't. I would buy this again in a heartbeat for a tension headache.
