Exercise Trampoline By Janna on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

As someone who is always on the look out for new and interesting ways to lose weight and get in shape I thought that a mini exercise trampoline might just be the thing I was looking for.

While this trampoline is easy to assemble it is near impossible to fold up and put away even though it is advertised as being a 4 way folding trampoline. When I tried to pull the legs down to put the trampoline away it felt as though the spring was going to snap and take my thumb and index finger with it. On the upside this trampoline is low enough to the ground so that you can easily store it under your bed.

When jumping on this trampoline I didn't feel much "give" or get any the remotest amount of height. The pad felt very tight and strained my knees quite a bit. I suppose the pad may have needed to be broken in but my knees hurt so bad after using it that I couldn't bare to go back and try again.

If you are looking for some new exercise equipment I would not suggest purchasing the Stamina mini exercise trampoline.

Thanks for the warning. At the price I might have been tempted to try it.
