Expecta Lipil is a supplement you take once a day while you are pregnant and breastfeeding.It claims to help improve your baby's eye and brain development.I started taking Lipil when I was 20 weeks pregnant, and continue to take it now that my baby is 7 weeks old.Although I cannot tell you that these things wouldn't have happened without Lipil, but I can attest that my baby is catching on to things very quickly and is exceptionally strong for his age.He is very healthy!As I stated, I cannot attribute this to Lipil, but I have my suspicians that the supplement, which supplies needed DHA, is beneficial for your baby.The pill is very easy to take, and you take it once a day.My one complaint is that it is expensive for a 30 day supply.
