My husband is into kitchen gadgets like no other household items except for his collection of flashlights and tools. He loves to try out new ones when they came out so when he spotted this, he had to have it. This truly does what it claims it can do. The Express Gourmet shreds, whips, mixes, and chops. You can are able to make many different things with the kitchen device. My husband's favorite item to make with the machine is coleslaw. It shreds the cabbage very well. The pieces are not too big nor too small. They are just the perfect size for the coleslaw. You can even make whipped cream or fresh salsa! Not only is this tool well made but it is also fast and very easy to use. It is a blender and a food porcessor all in one. You do not have to be mechanically inclined in order to use this tool. My kids can even use it! I have to give my husband props on this purchase as it is truly an asset to our kitchen!
