External HD with a internal Price
By Cameron Eittreim onUnfourtunatly the 40gb Hard Drive I was using ran out of space very quickly so I needed another one. Because of the age of the computer I built I cannot run more then a 200 gb hard drive and I can't run more then one Hard Drive. Now when I found the Western Digital Passport at Circuitcity for $99.99 I was impressed, it was small yet had 120 GBs. The passport itself it a very small Hard Drive and it almost looks like a iPod video from the back. The transfer for Video files only takes about 20 seconds on USB 2.0, for text files it only took me 3 seconds which was amazing. The Passport comes formatted for you, but I can't use fat32 so I had to reformatted it. Finally the drive is very quiet, it is on top of my desk and I don't even notice it. I think this drive is delicate because of how it looks but I doubt it. If you need a decent sized external Hard Drive then you can pick this up at Circuit City or Best Buy.

This is good to know. I need something like this, but there are too many choices and they are all expensive
I have been looking for a new HD to buy to use with the new Time Machine feature and I think that I might look more into these. I will need a bigger one though
Thanks! I am looking for something to use with a laptop and this just might be the ticket!
I have one of these too and they're great! Thanks for sharing.
