Eye Firming Magic?
By Tink onI recently bought a facial cream that I saw a review on.I really loved the product and wanted to try more in their anti-aging line.I was doing my Saturday grocery shopping and I saw this Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum on sale.It was still pricey but I really wanted to give it a try since I was happy with the results I achieved with the other facial cream by Olay.
I was suprised to see how small the lifting serum bottle was.For $17.00 you only get 0.5 fl oz.(15mL).Now that is a pretty small amount of miracle serum!
The advertising campaign says that you will see "a complete turnaround in 24 days".I have used this product for one month and I must say that the only thing I have noticed is that my wallet shrunk! To be fair, I did notice that my eye area is more moisturized.I haven't seen any of the promised eye firming or even the brightening the advertising promised. This disappointed me tremendously.I was hoping for the miracle of youth!
I think as a moisturizer, for the eye area, it is great. But as far as what the ads promise, don't expect to see results like firming.
I guess I will just have to tightly pull my hair back in a pony tail and hope that lifts my eyelids up!Save your money and grow older gracefully.

hmmmmm, good to know that it is not the best investment....sorry to hear it was not the best use of your $$
Love your advice about growing old gracefully! Too bad this product didn't work... I tried the face cream and it seemed to make a bit of a difference. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, and saving me $17. :)
I have been looking at this product too....wondering how well it might work. Thanks for saving me the money!
Thank you for sharing this information! I have just recently started complaining about all the wrinkles around my eyes but I think I'll take your advice and live with them instead of spending money on this product!
Tink, I got the same results, which led to the decision to toss 99% of my over the counter jars away and just go with my one bottle of Skin Caviar. In the long run I AM saving huge money and the stuff works.
I have tried some of the Olay facial products, but not the Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum. Other Olay products did moisturize my skin, but did not firm or tighten it. I'm always willing to try new products, but usually go back to Estee Lauder. Hey, I never thought about pulling my hair back in a pony tail....maybe, I'll try it!
They really should not be allowed to advertise that it woulds when it does not work! Sorry you wasted your money. I'll be sure not to get this product:0)
The only thing that shrunk is your wallet!! Too many products offer us so much and do so little. My hair's too short for a ponytail so guess I'll have to think of something else!! Thanks for letting us know this really did not do what you expected, guess I can save a few dollars at the store!
Hmmm, I guess I'll stick with my ponytail too. I've been looking for a nice firming eyegel, but I guess this is not the one. Bath and Body Works has one in their Wexler line I am thinking about trying.
I always wonder if these products actually do anything, although I don't understand much about how they are supposed to work.
