Over all, Exact Eye Lights Cover Girl Mascara is a decent mascara. At least it is as good as any of the other Cover Girl mascaras. Although, does this product really bring out the color in your eyes as the commericials suggest? Not so much or, not for me at least. My blue eyes, were the same color hugh and brightness as they were with any other mascaras. So if you're looking for a good general mascara, then sure this product might be for you, but if you're looking to brighten the colors in your eyes you might want to stick to colored contacts.This is a good mascara as far as it is non clumping. Though it does have a touch of color when looking at the brush, which is what is supposed to brighten and make your eye color stand out more, but once applied it is hardly noticable and your eye color remains the sameas before. Of course try it for your self, maybe you'll have better luck and your eyes will brighten u the room.
