Eyes Lips Face (ELF) Therapeutic Conditioning Balm - similar to the $14 Tarte 24/7 Lip Sheer . My lips frequently get cracked at the ends and I thought this balm was better than Creme de La Mer Concentrate for soothing my dry chapped lips. This $1 balm worked when NOTHING else worked for me. It is not just a Vaseline or chapstick type balm, it is a firmer consistency with four pleasant scents. There is a slight tint to each so that only vanilla would really work for men, but all the tints are subtle on a woman. I end up using it before applying lipstick and before going to bed as well as before going out into the cold weather. If toothpaste irritates your lips like it does mine, I find applying this balm prior to brushing your teeth helps avoid irritation.
