Eyewitness Guides Paris By luvthatmouse on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
Paris, the city of lights. What a beautiful book! The history and pictures alone make this book well worth the price. Normally $25 but cheaper on Amazon. They breaks down Paris into sections and mention all the major sites and museums. Goes through the history of the city and what life was like back then. Many maps, cut-a-ways of buildings, artwork and pictures. Tells you locations, how to get there, prices and hours. Information on the airport, trains and busses. Walking tour suggestions. Day trips. May be a little heavy to carry around with you. Great book for research before your trip and to reference later. Nice gift with a trip. Great reference for travel agents. 448 pages. 8.4 x 5.1 x 0.9 inches and 1.4 pounds.
