I love my Fabberware stainless steele kitchen knives. There are five knives in total and a skewer. The knives and skewer rest in a block of wood and there is an extra slot for scizzors under the knifes. I like the fact that one of the knives has a jagged cutting edge which is good for cutting things that the straight edge knifes are not as good at cutting. I use the knife with the jagged cutting edge for hard to cut things and sometimes cardboard. I love the big butcher knife for cutting meats and the slightly smaller than the butcher knife to carve things. I use one of the paring knives to peel potatoes and the other small knife to cut up meat already cooked. I like how these knives stay sharp and are easy to clean. I like the way the stainless steele knives look in the block of in my kithchen.
