I'm not one who enjoys cooking, so I was very happy to see that most recipes called for very few ingredients and were quick and easy to make. I started with Chocolate Coconut Pie, then Ice Cream Pudding Pie. Both were delicious. For a family gathering, I made Cherry-Topped Easier Pie. It was an instant hit and my family requests it every time we get together. The ingredients are so simple - graham crackers, instant pudding, milk, Cool Whip and cherry pie filling. What can be easier than that? There's no cooking and it can be made a day in advance. This is our favorite, but there are still many I have yet to try.

I have several cookbooks, but this is the book I turn to every time I make dessert. There has not been one thing that didn't appeal to us. From cheesecake to bread pudding to pecan pie and Viennese Mocha Torte, there is something in this book for everyone. There are many diabetics in my family and many of the ingredients can be substituted with sugar-free or lite products and it's fine.
