During a business trip in Aliso Viejo CA, my companion and I stayed in Fairfield Inn in Mission Viejo, just 5 minutes ride to work. First of all, I want to give credit to their staff. We had a pleasant 2-week stay because of them. They are very friendly and accommodating.

One instance was when we needed a list of banks or money-changer establishments. Even if it was way past 6 PM, they made an effort to look for nearby establishments where we can exchange our money to US dollars and had the detailed list brought to our room in less than an hour.

And speaking of room, ours consist of two queen-sized beds, a heater, a wonderful bathroom with loads of cleans towels, a microwave oven, refrigerator, and a television. Everyday, we had a free shuttle that would take us to and from work. Their shuttle is free by request and can take you up to within 5 miles radius from the hotel. Even their shuttle drivers are very friendly. In fact once I requested for a shuttle service to take me to a guitar store because my sister asked me to buy something for his husband, the shuttle driver even waited for me patiently even when I told him he can just come back for me.

I also like their free breakfast where they offer lotsa different kinds of bread to choose from, some eggs, free-flowing coffee and/or tea. Even during the evening, they have readily available plateful of cookies which you can easily grab with a cup of coffee.

And of course, a business hotel will never be complete without a WI-FI internet access, theirs is indeed very fast. Plus, we didn't even experience any downtime during our entire stay.

I would say that this hotel is really a good place to stay in for a business trip or even for family vacation. Great staff and amazing accommodations.
