Family Classic George Foreman By janbubears on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
Apart from my slow cooker (see other review) my George Foreman is used the most in my kitchen. I absolutely love it. Mine is the quite large grill which you can cook 8 or more portions on. It has a sloped bottom part - with a seperate tray which you place underneath the bottom grill to capture all the fat when cooking ( you will be surprised how much fat comes off burgers and alike). I cook my steak or meat in around 4 or 5 minutes - depending on how you like it. When you first turn it on there is a 5 minute countdown displayed on the front, and when it beeps its ready. The grill is double coated and non stick. When you shut the lid the top and bottom grills cook at the same time. Its thermostat controlled and is very easy to clean. I like the fact that i can throw onions or any veg onto the grill at the same time as the meat, and it all cooks together in no time. I have even placed cheese on top of my meat to cook or melt, and its fine as long as you leave top grill open. A time button is selected by pressing the up or down arrows depending on how you like your food - e.g Rare or well done.

I have a small George Foreman grill, and I really love it.
totally love this product. makes burgers or chicken patties fast, easy and a bit dry since it drains out all those fatty greasy juices but still.. amazing for a healthier burger
My boys love our Geroge Foreman grill. I make up burger patty's and freeze them so whenever they are in the mood - they pop the still frozen patty's on the grill and they are done minutes!
