Family Minivan Made for Travel

Our family of four with two growing pre-teens was outgrowing the family sedan so we bit the bullet and bought a minivan.With gas getting so expensive a minivan was an obvious choice for us instead of an SUV.We researched a lot of minivans and decided on the Honda Odyssey EX.We love it!It has a great stylish exterior and interior.Our Odyssey EX has tan leather, heated bucket seats in the front, bucket seats with an optional mini-third seat in the second row, and a bench seat in the third row area.We have the DVD player entertainment package also which is essential when going on a long trip with kids.We hook the kids Wii up to the DVD player too so they never get bored on a long trip.One child can sit in the second row and one can sit in the third row and usually neither will irritate the other!We recently drove to Disney World in our new minivan.It was a 17 hour drive made in comfort thanks to our Odyssey!Each child had their own comfy area to sleep in.This summer we plan to make two more long trips in our Odyssey and we are look forward to it!
We only have two kids, but having this large comfy minivan is great for any trip whether a quick trip to town or a long adventure to Disney World!We highly recommend it and you won't be disappointed!

I have heard that this is the best brand of mini van to buy if you can afford it. I don't have one but I know that it is great with all the safety features. You are lucky to have found a great mini van that the whole family enjoys!
I really want my next minivan to be a Honda Odyessy! I have been researching them and they seem like great minivans. Just a question how can you play Wii in the van? Some of those games require a lot of movement! LOL
I want heat in my seats!!! And I miss my minivan. I drove one for years while I kids were young, now everyone has their own car..... the Honda Odyssey sounds like a dream....
As much as I LOVE my Blazer, we have actually looking for something bigger for leg room and for growing teenage boys. I will certainly keep this one in mind when I do go forward with car shopping again ;)
If it was comfortable on a long trip, that is a great test for any minivan!

We love our mini van too:0) Never thought of hooking up our game system. I wonder if the 360 would work like the Wii. Isn't it great that they have the own area and you don't have to listen to..."stop", "mom he hit me?"
I swore I'd never, ever own a minivan. I love my Odyssey!
