Wow, what a great product. Some people, like me, really lucked out and got these during a christmas '07 deal on amazon, and apparently a few others did too as it sold out fast. It has a very nice black finish, and it's very lightweight with it's aluminum construction. Food heats evenly. The glass transparent covers are a big plus too.

One of the things I particularly like is the holes in the lip of the covers. This allows me to keep the lid on and drain the liquid from the pan into the sink while keeping the solids in. Cleaning is very simple as these do have non-stick finishes. Normally, I'm not a big fan of non-stick, I'll gladly cook with good old stainless, but hey, for this price, I'll use some non-stick stuff. I couldn't pass it up.
