Farberware Kitchen Shears Easily Debone Chickens By Grim on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I'm a Southerner and I love dishes like fried chicken and chicken and dumplings. When my girlfriend and I prepare these dishes, I am usually the one stuck deboning the chicken. Of course, this job isn't too hard if you have the right equipment.

Farberware Kitchen Shears have the perfect blades to get in between the meat and the bones. With just a few cuts, you can remove the breast meat in one piece. Then you can quickly cut the meat into smaller pieces if you need to.

While I do like how well these kitchen shears work, and the different ways they can be used, I don't like the fact that the blades wear down pretty quickly.

I do recommend this product though. They last well over a year without major problems and they get the job done at an affordable price.
