I had been experiencing terrible heartburn, acid indigestion, and stomach pain lately so I was looking for something to ease my condition when I came upon these tablets. I decided to just try them out for the heck of it and am I ever glad I decided to as they provided almost instant relief!

The tablets come in an easy to store roll of eight. The berry flavor of them is also quite pleasing and they are easily chewed. They also provide relief from sour stomach, and other discomforts. All I had to do was take two tablets initially then I added a few more til I felt better. The manufacturer recommends that you do not exceed taking any more than ten tablets daily. I only needed six tablets!

Each tablet contains 300mg of calcium, 25mg of sodium, 1g of sugar, corn starch, talc, sodium polyphosphate, artificial flavors and artificial coloring. Tums EX is my choice for heartburn from now on. Not only do they provide quick relief but the small package of tablets allows you to take them anywhere unlike the liquid formulas. I highly recommend them to all!
