Fatally Flaky By Diane Mott Davidson By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I just finished another Goldy Culinary Mystery by Diane Mott Davidson which I enjoyed very much.

In Fatally Flaky, murder strikes again in caterer Goldy Schulz's life, and this time it hits close to home. Someone dear to her is struck down, and she is more determined than ever to find out what is going on. Plus, Goldy has a few weddings to cater, and one of the brides is more like Bridezilla. She has to keep everyone happy as well as do some investigating into the murders (yes, more than one) that have taken place.

Fatally Flaky was a little more serious than some of the other Goldy Culinary Mysteries I've read, but still a book I enjoyed reading. The novel also features ten recipes in the back of the book.

The Culinary Mysteries written by Diane Mott Davidson are a good series of books providing entertainment, amusement, and lightheartedness. I've enjoyed reading about Goldy and all of the other characters featured in these novels, and I look forward to the next in the series.
