We go through a lot of pain reliever tablets around our household, so when I came across this huge bottle of five hundred caplets At 500 Mg each I knew it was for me. These are the same active ingredient as Tylenol Brand at a much more reasonable price, I wonder exactly what it is that you pay for with the other stuff. They are also available in other formats but we chose the caplets. The Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever has been as good or better than the brands I have used in the past, and the large count bottle means I am less likely to run out unexpectedly. Since I rarely go an entire day without some sort of pain reliever I don't like to run out. The Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever is very high quality product at an excellent price. A full time household addition in my home.

I've seen the Equate label and wondered about the quality. Though I have to admit most of the private label substitutes for name brands medicines and aids are very good.
