Fender Mexican Made Strat By TheBanned on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I've had my Mexican Made Stratocaster for almost four years now, and it has been consistently reliable during the entirely of that period of time. It is able to transition from a great rock sound to a nice funk, clean sound, all depending on your choice of distortion or pickup. For example, to have a deep, Stevie Ray Vaughn-esque blues tone, switch to the bridge position on your pickup switch (which is one of six options) and play your heart out. Many people tend to say that the American Made Stratocasters are far superior, and that may well be. But for the price I paid, I get a guitar with great tone, a well constructed body, and, hell, it a Strat! It truely is the distinct guitar people think of when they think of guitars. I definitely recommend this guitar over any intro guitars such as the Squire serious, which are consistently out of tune and just badly made.
