Fender Mustang '65 Reissue 07 By Minion on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

first, reference the pictures. these are the 3 colors the guitar comes in for 2007's 65' reissue.

i included another picture of the blue one (which i own) because the other picture doesn't do the body's color any justice.

the guitar comes with some factory aging. they made the neck an orangish-hue, and the pick guard is a very off-white. aside from those 2 things, it looks just like the picture.

it uses fender's old larger headstock style. the guitar is very retro looking. like something from the 50's ('65 though..)

radius on the neck is pretty arched. i'd been previously playing on a strat, and this felt alot more comfortable. it takes alot of bending to get it to fret out, too.

the stock pickups are nice. not great, but good. i love the sound, but they can be a little noisey.

it has no front or back cut, but it's pretty comfortable and balanced on the knee. i don't really have an discomfort standing with it either.

even with the vibrato, this guitar has stayed in tune pretty well. i'm very satisfied with this purchase. a good way to blow 700 bucks.

also, japanese made. which is a big plus
