Fender Pro Junior Combo Amp By Tony on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Fender Pro Junior is Fender's smallest and lowest priced all tube amplifier. The amp is very plain and simple. It is 15 watts and has a 10 inch speaker.

This is a great little amp. It produces the signature Fender tone at an affordable price. I like how small, light and cheap the amp is compared to similar models.

At low volumes the amp produces classic clean tones. When turned up, the amp starts to distort nicely producing a very nice over drive tone.

Because this is an all tube amp, the wattage is misleading. At only 15 watts the amp can easily get to very loud volumes and can be used in a live setting or with a small band.

I would highly recommend the Fender Pro Junior. If you are considering a midpriced solid state amp, I would bypass that option and go straight for the Pro Junior.

This sounds like a great amp to have if you are a beginner. Thanks for the information.
