I purchased my Fibersure clear mixing fiber supplement at CVS for $7.99. It is a 7 oz bottle with a flip top lid that has spoon dispensing on one side and shake dispensing on the other side. Each 1 tsp serving has 25 calories, 6g carbs, 5g fiber, and 0 sugar. It is recommended that you use 1 serving up to 3 times daily. Be careful not to use too much your first day, you'll want to gradually build your fiber intake up so that you won't suffer from bloating or gas. The supplement is completely flavor free and grit free. The bottle states that it is non-thickening but I have experienced thickening on a few occasions. Mostly when pouring it into my milk before adding my cereal. I have used the product for over (1) year now. I started using it just as soon as it became available. Prior to using Fibersure I would have to take numerous fiber capsules on a daily basis. It is great to be able to meet my daily need of fiber by adding it to my foods. One thing I might add is that Fibersure is much better dissolved with hot foods/liquids but can be dissolved into cold liquids, however it does not dissolve well with carbonated drinks. I am definitely speaking from experience on the carbonation advice. I tried it in my soda and it was terribly foamy. Although Fibersure is a little more expensive than other fiber supplements I recommend it because of the flexibility you have for dosing.
