Final fantasy 7: Derge of Cerberus
By Eric Valen onI really, really loved this game. From the very first time playing it, to the end, It was a great story driven action Rpg. The menus are a bit complicated, and the targeting system is a bit clunky, but after a few minutes all of that becomes second nature to you. I was really happy with the contiunation of the final fantasy seven story line, and the added characters have phenomial personalities. You really felt a bond with some of the characters, and their plight. The action is decent, but the camera and targeting really takes you out of it sometimes. I really had a problem with the camera during firefights, especially when there were enemies in front and behind you. They really could have done away with the camera auto adjust, as that would make it easier to manage. I found myself constantly having to adjust and re-adjust the camera to make the game playable. But beyond that I was really happy with the gaming expserience, and the story was a masterpiece. The visuals were great, and the character models where second only to the next gen. Truly a gem worht playing, but if you do decide to do so, rent it and save the money. Its so short, I was done with it in about 4 days.
