Final Fantasy Iii For The Nintendo Ds By Corbet on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Final Fantasy III was originally a NES game released in Japan by Squaresoft. Never being released in the US, Square decided to re-make the title with updated graphics, gameplay, and story for the Nintendo DS. Final Fantasy III is probably one of my favorite titles for the DS. I spent over 30 hours playing it, which is a very long time for a handheld game. One thing I really enjoyed about it was the Class system. Your party characters are able to choose many different classes to specialize in. This allows the person to create a unique party however they want. One bad thing about this is the fact that some classes are overpowered and some classes are underpowered. The game uses the typical turn based battle system, which I enjoy. One other thing I didn't like about this game is ending gets very hard. It is a hour process with no save points and it is very easy to mess up and have to start again. I found myself being very frustrated after having to start over 3-4 times. Overall I really enjoy this game and if you enjoy RPGs or Final Fantasy you should check it out.
