So like many people I have made numerous attempts at dieting, and needless to say have wasted money on many diet pills and potions. The hydroxycut hardcore's have been the only pill to date that has genuinely reduced my appetite and given me more energy. Now obviously all this had to be combined with physical activity for weight loss, but these pills helped give me the boost I needed to get my diet going and just to help me eat less. Okay, now for the downsides...the energy you get can be of the jittery variety, not too bad, but kind of like having too much coffee. Also the pills taste yucky and are on the larger side (luckily they are gel caspules so they aren't too bad to swallow). And I never take three pills at a time like the bottle says. At first at max I took 1 pill twice a day and that worked great for me. Even now after using the product for several months I only take two pills twice a day - never three (honestly, it probably would make me sick). But overall anything that actually helped me lose weight is a big thumbs up in my book!
