Firefly The Complete Series By Explosive Amnesia By ExplosiveAmnesia on - Updated Sep 26, 2011

Firefly is a sci-fi TV series that was broadcast on Fox in 2002. The Complete Series collection contains all of the broadcast episodes plus three that were never aired on Fox.

These DVDs are some of the best-looking TV show DVDs I have ever seen. The DVDs fully support widescreen and progressive scan play, and they look fantastic at their full capacity. The sound is also quite good on the DVDs, although it is not as easily noticeable as the video quality.

Extras on these DVDs are fairly good. About half of the episodes have commentary from the writer, director, and/or actors. There is also a small collection af extras on the final disc, including several short documentaries. This DVD set is really a great deal for any fans of Joss Whedon or sci-fi in general.
