This is one hot heater!

We purchased this gorgeous oak heater last fall, and haven't looked back. We picked it up at the store and with not a little sweat managed to carry it up to our second floor apartment. Trust me when I say this is not a lightweight piece of furniture!

It was sooo easy to put together, and when completed you would never know it was a do it yourself project. It is all solid wood, no pressed wood here! The fireplace insert has very realistic looking flames and coals. I especially like how you can control the brightness of the flames and also adjust the amount of heat. This model nicely heats our Living room, and the hall beyond with the door open. We have seen a marked decrease in our winter gas bill since using this product. In fact, my husband commented it was the best investment we could have made.

I can't really think of any downside, maybe that the fan makes a small amount of noise, but it isn't distracting. I think this heater makes an attractive addition to our home, and we will be using it for years to come!
