First Magazine Review By Ally on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I was looking for a magazine that had a little more substance to balance out my monthly magazine intake. I already subscribe to Rachel Ray, Cosmopolitan, and People Style Watch. I needed something more. Also, I feel that old saying "with age comes wisdom". I need more wisdom. I won't get the answer to life by reading First magazine, but I will be a better home maker, in better shape, a better cook, have a sharper mind, and when the time comes a good mother. This magazine touches every subject of a woman's life. There are great weight loss tips in every issue. They also have one section of helpful hints to make your daily tasks easier. If you like to be up to date with all you faveorite celeberaties- it's in there! The pages are super thin and easy to tear, but for the price compaired to other magazines it dosen't phase me. In the back pages of the magazine they always have the most tropically beautiful pictures and a little blurb of what looking at the picture does for your mind. (ex. last month the picture relieved stress, this month it made you smarter) The articles aren't too lengthy also, which for me, is a good thing because it seems I am always on the go. That reminds me...Gotta go-but not without my First magazine!
