Fisher-Price Barbie Light Sketcher Activity Mat is a fun little activity mat for kids (probably girls) who like to draw. The Fisher-Price Barbie Light Sketcher Activity Mat has a pen that allows you to draw with a light and then in a minute or two after you draw something it disappears.

This mat is two sided. On the front side one can draw what ever one wants and on the back there are some activities to do. The Fisher-Price Barbie Light Sketcher Activity Mat comes with four light transfer stencils with 20 Barbie images. So a child can draw on her own or use a stencil to help her draw.

The good thing about this activity mat is that there's no mess to clean up like there would be if one gave theirchild paints or markers. This has a handle on it so it is easily carried anywhere. This activity mat would be great for times when traveling with a child in a car.

The only thing I don't care for is that the drawing disappears and it might happen before the child is through drawing. I think most children who use this will be young and we'll just doodle on it and won't care about this limitation. In fact, it will probably fascinate them that the drawing disappears on its own.

The Fisher-Price Barbie Light Sketcher Activity Mat comes with a pen for drawing and needs one AA battery.
