Fisher Price Lights and Sounds Monitor

I was not happy with this monitor at all.I purchased it because I needed a second monitor.I didn't spend very much on it, it's one of the cheaper monitors out there, and I got what I paid for.The monitor ALWAYS has static.No matter how quiet it is, I always hear static on the monitor.It is very annoying and makes it hard for me to sleep hearing that.It sucks down battery life very quickly! I was replacing the batteries constantly and it became a large expense.The range was not far at all, however I was always picking up neighbor's baby monitors.This made me wonder whether they were picking up my monitor as well, which could have been a scary thought.Bottom line, pay more for a better monitor!
