We purchased this for my son for Christmas because he was so excited when he saw this on t.v. We were excited about the purchase and bought several accompanying shake and go cars with the track. On Christmas morning he went nuts when he opened it and it was very easy to set up which thrilled his dad and I. The track is VERY durable and I know it will be around for a very long time. The one major downside that bummed us out Christmas morning was the amount of batteries this toy takes. This toys takes a TON of batteries and then EACH shake and go car requires batteries too. My kids love playing with this together and the sound effects are wonderful too. I have to say that even though it did require a lot of batteries they have lasted a very long time in the system though. I would highly recommend this very durable fun toy, but have lots of batteries on hand.

Ahhh batteries...that always seems to be a problem keeping them on hand for toys. I have switched over to rechargeable batteries for some toys in my house. Sounds like a cute toy!
My little one saw this on tv and instantly wanted it....I guess if he gets it we will have to invest in rechargeable batteries....
Size of the batteries? How many? Sounds like fun, but if they need batteries, why do you need to shake 'em?
