Fisheye No. 2 By rosysilhouettes on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
About a year ago, I bought a Lomo Fisheye camera from Urban Outfitters for $50. I was really excited about the camera- it takes pictures with a 180 degree angle, resulting in cool circular images with a lot of detail. Unfortunately, that camera was a piece of crap. I don't know if the one I bought just had a problem with it, or if all of the Fisheyes were that bad. Anyway, I was recently surfing the web and found that Lomography had recently released a new version of this camera- Fisheye No. 2. For $20 more than the original, this new & improved version included a few new features such as a legitimate fisheye viewfinder (the viewing slot on the other camera was regular, so you couldn't see how the image would look with the 180 angle), a setting for multiple exposure, and an internal flash. Not only had the features of this camera been greatly improved, but the overall construction is a lot nicer & a lot more durable. The camera takes 35mm film that can be developed anywhere. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone who wants to spice up their picture-taking with fun effects.

Sounds like a good camera for the price!
Lomography has piqued my curiosity. I've always wondered what the hype is all about.
kewl. i didn't know this type of camera exists.
That's really cool. I'd love to try the fish eye feature. It would be great to see samples of some photos it takes.
Sorry the first camera didn't work out for you and for giving us a warning about it.
