Fiskars Bypass Pruner

My wife owns quite a collection of Fiskars gardening tools, and today I have added one more item to it: Fiskars Bypass Pruner (#9635). I bought it not only to prune but also to help get rid of some thick-stemmed weeds that have grown in a rocky area of our yard where I cannot mow.
I tried the pruner shortly after bringing it home. Fiskars promises that this tool cuts two times easier, and I can say that it was indeed very easy to cut even the thickest weeds. I did not have to apply a lot of strength, one quick motion and the job is done.
The pruner is sturdy, sharp, and convenient to hold and operate. It has a safety feature: a sliding button that you move down to keep the pruner shut when you are not using it. This is a very good idea, especially if you have kids around. Another thing I like is that Fiskars offers a lifetime warranty on this pruner. Not that it is likely to break, Fiskars tools are usually very strong, but it is nice to know that I can always replace it if something goes wrong.

Sounds like a great cutter, I like the idea that it cuts easier.
I wouldn't be without Fiskars tools including a variety of their pruners. They are uniformly excellent and safe.
I love these, I have so many things with mine. They are so wonderful and easy to use.
