Fiskars Power-Lever Lopper Multiplies the Cutting Power
By JuneBugCo onFiskars Bypass Lopper with Power-Lever technology is not an ordinary lopper. The power lever mechanism provides a mechanical leverage advantage that makes the cutting operation much easier than using ordinary cutting shears. The cutting blade is constructed with fully hardened steel and coated to provide corrosion resistance.
I purchased a Fiskars Power Lever Bypass Lopper in the Spring of 2007 and it is still going strong. I have cranked the Power-Lever literally thousands of times cutting branches around my home. The Power-Lever Bypass Lopper is equipped with a shock absorbing bumber to reduce stress, although I must admit that I wore out the shock absorbing bumper. The precision ground cutting edge has held up well. It does hold a sharp edge for a long time but will occasionally need to be sharpened. The handles are constructed with steel and the grip area is foam padded.
The Fiskars Power Lever Bypass Lopper that I purchased has a cutting capacity of 1 5/8".I have primarily used my loppers to cut maple, pine and poplar.I have cut various sizes of branches, including up to the cutting capacity, and can honestly say these are the best loppers that I have ever owned. The Power-Lever technology lives up to its claim and make lopping much easier than ordinary loppers.
Fiskars Bypass Loppers with Power-Lever technology come with a lifetime warranty.Power-Lever for multiple cutting power.

I did not even know what a lopper was until I read this review. My dad needs to cut branches on this huge tree on the side of our house. From the review you gave this, I will be sure to tell him about this. Very great review! :)
Fiskars are the best of all these, I think. Wish I had some!
