Fit With A Challenge By Kerie on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The idea of an eliptical is to recieve a workout that is smooth and efficient, and not hard on the joints. But, unfortunately, that is not present here. This machine makes a lot of noise, and clicks consistantly. While the resistance is good (I got a good workout), the stability and smoothness is below par. The screen had entertaining LCD lights, but that could not make up for the machine's inabiltiy to move with ease. If joint pain in the knees is an issue, this machine would not be of much help. Another complaint comes with the stride length which is far too short for anyone over 5 feet tall. The motion it creates feels far too much like climbing stairs and not gliding. There is no control over the stride length, which makes the workout feel restrained and uncomfortable. Overall, this product did not satisfy any workout needs.
