I love chewing gum. I chew gum all the time, but especially after meals. Not only does it help freshen my breath, but it also helps to aide in digestion. My favorite gum is Extra's Sugarfree gum in the Classic flavor. Because it's sugar-free, I don't have to worry about extra sugar and calories. Each stick only has 5 calories in it. Also, I don't have to worry about cavities in my teeth. In fact, the sugar-free gums are recommended by dentists for chewing after a meal.

There are only a few gums I have found that have flavors that last for any length of time and this gums seems to have long-lasting flavor that tastes great. You can get packs of 10 sticks, so it will last you for several days.
