Flax Seed In Cookies? Yummy!!! By Brandy Norton on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
These cookies are really good. They are called Flax Seed, Omega 3, Cookies.
I had heard of flax seeds before, but thought they had to be nasty, because they are good for you. But, I found these cookies at wal-mart, and figured it wouldn't hurt to try them.
They taste like oat meal cookies, but the flax seeds give them a better texture.
They have zero cholesterol, and are full of omega-3 fatty acids. This is really good for you.
The only flaw is that it has 4 gram of fat and 80 calories in each cookie.
After tasting these cookies I wanted to go buy just flax seeds. They tasted so good in those cookies. You get 14.1oz in each package. The cost is around $2.50. Give me more cookies.
