After all day on my feet my one ankle hurts so bad I have to use something to lean on while I walk but now I wear this ankle brace all day and I have about 80 % less ankle pain. They are fairly comfortable. The brace is made from 75% blended Neoprene foam and 25 % Stretch nylon. Flex Aid Ankle Braces are adjustable. They can be hand washed. They retain body heat to help heal the affected area. They are advertised to be used to help heal ankle injuries and prevent others from occuring. The also contain some natural rubber latex so if your sensitive to that this may not be the product for you . I really wished I had known about these before now!
