Boys are more active than girls when it comes to playing. They never get tired easily and they always love to have new stuff. I am not fond of buying toys for my kids especially when they started with their schooling. I'm afraid that it might destruct their willingness to learn and spend more time playing. But of course I can't say no to anybody who wants to give my kids their presence.My sister-in-law just recently sent another balikbayan box containing different stuff like food, candies, chocolates, toys, shoes and clothes. I think my sister-in-law is making quite enough abroad to send bunches of stuff like this.

For my boy, she gave him this yellow and red Tucker Toys' EZ Grip Ball. The ball is made of plastic, rubber and linen materials and it can be converted into a flower-look object. My son can play different ball games with it like football, soccer or use it to pin down his plastic bowling pins. He can do basketball too but more on shooting because it cannot be dribbled. The ball has several side cuts so when you give it a push on the circular yellow portions it will be compressed and turned into a flower. With that state he can use it on some other outdoor games like "throw and catch the flower," hehehe.
