Flintstones Vitamins: Not Just For Kids Anymore By Adam Hollett on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I'll admit, I'm not a very health-oriented person. I spend a lot of time indoors and I don't make a point to exercise regularly. I also didn't take vitamins - until recently. When the idea came into my head to purchase some Flintstones vitamins, I immediately acted upon it - and what a good idea it was.

Flintstons multivitamins are intended for children, but that does not mean they cannot have health benefits for adults. I take one, sometimes two per day - and taking them is not a chore whatsoever since they are so delicious. The vitamins themselves come in a variety of flavours and colours and are all shaped like Flintstones characters. They are chalky but tasty, and easy to swallow since they can be chewed. The 'Complete' variety that I use has a plethora of essential vitamins and minerals and are no doubt beneficial to my health.

While these vitamins are intended for children, as I said, they are equally as healthy for adults. As a student who has neither the budget nor the sophistication for adult multivitamins, I find the Flintstones variety more than sufficient for my lifestyle.
