I decided I needed another way to increase exercise in my life & what better way than to do it when I'm not actually trying to. I gave in & decided to shell out 50 bucks, of course I logged on to upromise.com & then went to the V.S. website so I got back 3% of my purchase total. It took a little over 2 weeks to get to me, which I wasn't so happy about because that's quite slow considering all other online stores I buy from I get my merchandise within a week. As soon as I got it I tried it on & wore it throughout the house. I could immediately feel the muscles in my calves starting to work harder with each step. I love it so much I think I will get one for outdoors as well. (Being from Hawaii, we don't wear shoes in the house.) The material is soft & it feels like you're walking on cushion. The pink color I got is pretty as well, just a perfect light shade of pink that looks great with jeans & a cute top. I think it would be a great gift for people who can't do hardcore exercise as well. I totally will get these as gifts for my Mom & Grandma's!

I've seen these advertised at VS and at BBW but have not tried them. I have a hard time wearing thong style shoes. I wish they would come out with another style because they sound really great.
I don't really understand the idea of these... they somehow make walking more difficult so that it tones your leg muscles? Interesting idea.
Sounds like Dr. Scholes shoes from the 1980's...but they were cheaper.
