It is light, it protects the lens, the zipper is easy to open and close. It is made of a black neoprene.

Use the convenient clip to attach the case to your purse, clothing, or throw it in the glove box of your car - No digging through your purse to find your spectacles or sunglasses.

This is a soft case so it won't necessarily protect the contents if you directly step or sit on it - if you are prone to that, you might want to opt for a hard case.

I bought mine at a Cabelas store, but it does not seem to be available on their website. I previously had a similar desiged case at a kiosk shop, but it was made of a cheaper material which began to flake in about a year. The Cabelas one is much higher in quality.
